Hisense prices start from RM799 (Non-Inverter 1.0HP) up to RM2,399 (Fresh Master 2.0HP). The price covers the indoor and outdoor units. Standard installation starts at RM250. Rent-to-own is available from RM45 a month.
Fresh Master is Hisense's premium model with air purification technology that clears dust, bacteria and odours from the air. It also has ConnectLife WiFi, a rust-resistant copper condenser, inverter technology and Super Cool mode.
Hisense offers the best value for money. You get inverter technology, a copper condenser and WiFi at 20-40% less than Daikin or Panasonic. The quality is comparable — the brand is simply less well known.
Standard Hisense warranty: 2 years on the complete unit and 5 years on the compressor. On rent-to-own, the warranty covers the entire contract period — if it breaks, we repair it free.
Yes. Rent-to-own starts at RM45 a month (Non-Inverter) or RM59 a month (Hi-Cool Inverter). It includes free installation, scheduled servicing and warranty for the whole contract. Contracts run 24 or 36 months.
A quick guide: small room (under 150 sq ft) = 1.0HP. Medium room (150-250 sq ft) = 1.5HP. Large room or hall (250-400 sq ft) = 2.0HP. Very large space (over 400 sq ft) = 2.5HP.
A copper condenser means the outdoor unit coil is made from solid copper. It resists corrosion far better than aluminium, especially in coastal areas. It lasts 2-3 times longer and cools more effectively.
